By accessing and using ReelCast ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ReelCast is a multi-platform content distribution service that allows users to upload and publish short-form videos to multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts simultaneously.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We require strong password policies and strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
4. User Content and Conduct
You retain ownership of the content you upload to ReelCast. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and distribute your content to the connected platforms as part of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Spam or engage in unauthorized commercial activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or warning, for any violation of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All user-generated content will be removed from our systems as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our Service, including IP addresses for session management and information you provide during registration.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. All data is securely stored and can be deleted upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
In no event shall ReelCast be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReelCast from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where our primary servers are located within the EU.
